African Drumming

Today marked the beginning of what is expected to be an exciting 8 weeks. Led by instructor Kofi, together we experimented with some of the local African instruments such as a caxixi and djembe. Over the coming weeks, the Preps’ will build on their skills in the lead up to a performance towards the end of term.

Cross Country

Readers’ Notebooks

Readers’ Notebooks are required to come to school every Thursday. During independent reading time each Thursday, teachers will be reading with the students who have brought in their folder. Teachers read with as many children as we can during the time frame. Of course, children who may miss out one week, have priority the following week
