Elliot, Marni and Rania spoke about our Prep Postal service at assembly this afternoon.

Monet and Allegra performed at assembly this afternoon. Monet sang ‘Twinkle twinkle little star’ and Allegra played some songs on the violin with Jeff accompanying her on the piano. Well done girls! You were both amazing!

Following our exploration into Fedor, the world record breaking hot air balloonist who circumnavigated his way around the world in 11 days, the children were intrigued with how hot air balloons fly. Today the children played djembe, shakers and rhythm sticks using a very familiar rhythm from our African drumming experience. Thank you to Baz for filming!

House Athletics Day Congratulations to everyone who competed in yesterday’s athletics.  It was a fantastic day with plenty of good spirits and sportmanship on display.  Results for those students going through to the district competition will be posted in the 5/6 neighbourhood. The 5/6 Team

Prep Postal Service is now up and running! We have set up a roster for collection of the mail in the mornings and delivery in the afternoons. All students will take part in collection, sorting in the Prep Post Office, and delivery every day. This will contribute to the students’ independence and confidence in navigating

    We have swimming lessons beginning next week.  We need helpers!! If your child is participating and you are free on either Monday, Tuesday or Friday at either 9 in the morning or 1 in the afternoon – we would love some help. Come and see Jen to let her know.
