Science Resources and Tissues Dear 5/6 parents, To support our ongoing science investigation into solids, liquids and gases, each student is asked to bring in a plastic 250ml bottle before next Wednesday (17th August). Our stocks of tissues are also running low again so we are requesting boxes of tissues for our neighbourhood. Thank you,

THE GREAT BOOK SWAP As part of National Book Week and to help raise funds for the Indigenous Literacy Foundation to buy books for remote indigenous communities who don’t have access to books we’re holding a Great Big Book Swap. Literacy This week in literacy the students continued exploring poetry by thinking of the messages contained within and the poet’s purpose. They revisited My Country by Dorothea Mackeller and were introduced to A Mountain Station by Banjo Paterson.
