Canberra Camp 2017
Dear Parents/Carers of all Years 5/6 students,
It’s that time of the year again as the preparations for our annual camp begins! This year the 5/6 camp will be held in Canberra where the students will experience the many and varied cultural institutions in the National Capital. Participating in a wide range of programs in Canberra will build the students’ understanding of how we are governed, how laws are made, electoral processes and rights, Australian identity, history and heritage.
We will travel by seat belt equipped coach, leaving on Monday 21st August and arriving back on Friday 25th of August.
A notice was sent home today to find out the numbers of students who will be attending camp, so that organisational and costing details can be finalised.
We appreciate your cooperation in returning this form promptly as we need to know the number of students who will be attending camp, so that logistical and costing details can be finalised. We are expecting the cost to be approximately $500.
We are asking that this expression of interest form be completed and returned no later than FRIDAY 26th MAY.
