District Athletics – Coburg Athletics Track Last Thursday on a cold and slightly wet morning 48 students from the 3/4 and 5/6 neighbourhoods travelled to the Coburg Athletics Track for the district athletics competition. This morning our Art Studio was transformed into a photography studio, filled with delicious looking and smelling treats that will be in our neighbourhood cookbook! About half of the neighbourhood got cooking over the weekend and brought in their recipes for the photoshoot, which will be a great addition alongside students’ drawings for their recipe.

Literacy Last week we continued developing their narrative stories focusing on the structure of the writing genre and using descriptive language for character and setting. 5/6 Assembly At Friday’s assembly the 5/6 neighbourhood presented the learning and experiences from our journey to Canberra to the wider school community.
