After a hectic week at camp we are now back into the swing of things. Well almost. This week we had lots of fun dressing up as our favourite book characters for the annual book parade. Many people went to a lot of effort and seemed to inhabit their characters. It was quite shocking at times to see book characters quietly working at their desks.
For sometime now the children have been looking at various aspects of film making including costume design. Using limited materials Eva today completed a top which she designed and sewed by hand. It was a great achievement. Other students have also been working on designs. We would be grateful to hear from anyone who is interested in teaching a small group to sew by hand or machine.
