Mathematics
This week in the 5/6 Neighbourhood we’ve been investigating some of the maths to be found in Earthquakes. In “Maths on my own”, our students extracted data from an information report, and in “Write about maths”, we examined the two main scales used to measure earthquakes.
Students also enjoyed sampling our usual smorgasbord of mathematical problems both individually and collaboratively.
