The 3/4s had the task of creating a movement course. Some choose to create an obstacle course, inspired by Ninja Warrior. Others took more of a fitness station direction. They have also been analyzing their overarm throwing technique. They have also been practicing their overarm throwing technique, using slow motion video to critically analyse their technique and identify the areas that they need to work on.

Students in 5/6 choose a skill to learn or improve on. They took a slow motion video of their technique, then researched the correct technique by viewing ‘How to’ videos by experts of that skill. They were encouraged to take note of the key points to focus on, practice daily, then see if they had made any improvements over time.
