Buongiorno a tutti! We have been continuing to investigate la vita in cucina, (consolidating our capacity to express likes, dislikes and preferences), and to explore related Italian language and culture.In addition to their Seesaw responses, it’s been wonderful to see so many students participating in the weekly Italian webex workshops….there we get to reconnect online as a community of Italian learners! It’s an opportunity to greet one another in the target language, to explore new language structures, to share learning experiences and to provoke new investigations. It’s a delight when siblings or other family members get involved too, to share the experience. Mille grazie to the students who have responded to the Italian provocations through delightfully annotated drawings and photographs, audio and video recordings where students proudly share their pronunciation skills, lego constructions, animations and more! Grazie to parents and carers who have supported the learning, often having a cameo role themselves in their children’s responses!
