The prep students have been enjoying learning to count to dieci, and beyond! They’ve been singing the canzone dei numeri, saying their age in Italian and many of them are excited to extend their capacity to count to venti (20). This knowledge of numbers aligns with the Mamma Mia Pizzeria project you would have enjoyed at last week’s Welcome Expo. We have also been exploring the numbers through the Languages Online learning tool. This is a great space for students to hear the language modelled, and to have a go at identifying the written name too!
