Juicy Maths Celebration
Today was the final juicy maths session for 2018. Over the course of the last two terms, 37 students from Years 4-6 have participated in the Australian Mathematics Trust Enrichment Challenge. Their dedication and hard work has been truly impressive. Today was a day for celebration. First we enjoyed a maths games show. Jeff then awarded prizes to our two most improved students from last year and to the students who achieved a perfect score in the challenge. We finished the celebrations with a friendly game of Numero. It was wonderful to have some parents come and join the fun. Congratulations to all of our juicy mathematicians!
Our next big maths event will be a school-wide Numero Tournament, to be held in term 4. Stay tuned for details!
