Week 9 recap and notes and notices!

Wow, what a full and fun week it has been! After an exciting three days at camp, Thursday and Friday were a lot quieter in the neighbourhood but they were both still full of learning and collaboration. It has been wonderful to see the new friendships formed on camp being brought back to P.H.P.S.

Below are a few important notices;

Cyber Safety: On Friday morning all students had a Cyber Safety workshop with Jen. Parents and families, please make sure you keep this conversation going and supporting your student to be using correct accounts for their learning here at school.

Recycling: As we continue to create our timepieces we are still on the hunt for recycled materials and other bits and bobs to use. Please consider donating boxes, bottles etc. to both neighbourhoods.

Woorabinda: For those going to the Woorabinda camps in Term 4 we will be having a lunchtime meeting with those students next week. More copies of the packing list are available at the front desk.

AFL dress up day: Wednesday, September 19th is footy dress up day. Come is your team footy colours and bring a gold coin donation.

Hats: With spring in the air the U.V rating is going up! Wide-brimmed hats are now required for lunchtime and recess.

Last day early finish: Our last day of school is Friday, September 21st. We will be finishing at 2:30 after our weekly assembly at 2 o’clock.

Have a restful weekend and we’ll see you all next week!
