Hello!
Just a quick post to remind you all that the Year 1 assembly is next Friday 24th August.
The children have been cast in the following roles: Brown/Grey Lorikeets, Rainbow Lorikeets and Fire. We would be most grateful if you could help them put their costumes together. Nothing elaborate. For the Brown/Grey Lorikeets something as simple as brown or grey pants and top with something brown to represent wings (for example, strips of brown tissue paper.) The same for the Rainbow Lorikeets, green top and pants and colourful strips of paper for wings – and an orange ensemble for the Fire.
The children have really enjoyed the preparation for assembly. Here are a few snaps of the last week. Enjoy!
