This afternoon was our Year 2 Assembly for the term. As a whole group, students created three performances to capture what we have been learning as part of out Inquiry focus this term. In short, the best word to describe the Year 2 assembly contribution would probably be sensational!! We explored the history of the bandaid, telephone, and potato chip, looking at why, how, and when they were invented. Students also consider d what life was like before and after each invention, and thought about the impact of each invention on their own lives today. Thank you to everyone who came along, and a very big thank you to Deb for helping us write, practice, and perform the accompanying songs! Below are some photos from this afternoon.
