Today all year 4s were invited to apply to be 1 of our schools 4 Marine Ambassadors in 2018. Sorry, grade 3s, all going to plan, your chance will come in 2019.
isea icare is the Marine Ambassador program, and it is run by the Dolphin Research Institute. The program aims to equip students with the skills needed to advocate for our marine ecosystems. Next year will the first year PHPS is involved in the program. Here is the note that went home today with those students that indicated they were interested in applying. Please take the chance to talk to students about the program, especially as their applications require a commitment from parents/guardians. The note includes most of the necessary information, but should you have further questions please see Simon in 34 NH1 before or after school.
