What a term!
It has been a very productive, engaging and inspirational term for our students and 3/4 teachers.
One of the very many projects that we have really enjoyed engaging in is Creating our own Food Truck Business.
We have enjoyed exploring the concept of designing a successful food truck business with many opportunities to investigate:
- Food business name, logo design and motto / slogan
- Style of food (catering for dietary requirements)
- Writing menus, menu design and layouts
- Organising pricing of menu items
- Calculating the costs of food truck staff wages (weekly, monthly and yearly)
- Investigating the brand of food truck vehicle
- Analysing the locations of where to park the food truck (looking at possible tourist / high volume spots)
- Demographics of our costumer base
