Hello PHPS community,
The Fathers/Spcial Carers Day Stall is this Friday 1st September. We are looking forward to your donatations of yummy baked goods or crafty items.
Cake plates, labels, cookie containers and cupcake bags will be in the available in the office this week.
We require some help with preparing the gifts that will be onsale friday so if you can spare some time come and join us to pack wrap and price some of our fun gifts. Please get in touch to see how you can help.
We will require volunteers to help setup/ pack up tables from 8am -11:30am , you could help with sales and check that baked goods are labelled. Anytime time for any length of time is ok. We look forward to seeing as many of the fellow parents on the day from 8am to Midday.
We cannot run the stall without the support of the of the PHPS community.
Remember to provide your child with some money and a bag to carry their purchases. If you have any spare carry bags lying around please bring along….
Donations can be delivered to the gym on the morning of the stall.
