Our last full day in Canberra was once again packed with places to see and some well dressed students who were prepared for the dress code of Parliament House! We started at the AIS this morning with a tour delivered by an athlete from the Instutute. We saw the gymnastics centre, volleyball, some of the athletes training in the gym and the swimming centre. Afterwards we headed to Sportex where we got to try different sports and games.
After some lunch at Weston Park the buses went in separate directions to The Mint and the National Art Gallery.
Out final stop in Canberra was Parliament House where we got to see the Senate and House of Representatives and learn about the Government.
For our final night in Canberra we celebrated with a disco where we danced until we were so tired we had to go to bed. Everyone is tucked in now ready for our journey home tomorrow.
