Last week the children were asked to think about a favourite book they had read or had been read to them and identify a connection they had made with the book. They also were required to write a short burb about what their book was about and give their book a rating out five. The children’s reviews have been placed in their portfolios. Parents/Cares are able to view these and have the children talk about these connections in more detail during the parent/student conferences this week and why they consider the book as one of their favourites.
