Thank you to all parents who have returned their child’s school nurse form.
If you do not wish for your child to visit the school nurse next term, it is still a requirement that the form is returned. This will confirm to our visiting nurse that your child will not be attending.
If you haven’t done so already, please bring it in ASAP.
