Welcome to term 2!
We hope everyone has had a very relaxing and enjoyable school holidays and we cannot wait to hear all the lovely stories of what the children have gotten up to!
Learning focus
This week, further to exploring our place in the world, we are beginning to look at change. We will be investigating all different types of change.
Excursion
There is also the Year 1 excursion approaching on the 2nd of May that notices will becoming home for this week. We will require volunteers to come along. This is capped at 10 adults (including the teachers) so please come and let us know if you are interested in come along.
Book Talk
In an effort to make it easier for parents to come and get involved in reading with the children, we have moved Book Talk to FRIDAY MORNINGS between 9:10 and 9:50. Please come and let the neighbourhood teachers know if you are available and keen to get involved.
ASSEMBLY
This week is the Year 1 assembly on Friday afternoon – the children will be presenting their learning to date and performing the Creepy Crawly Song for the school.
