It has been a great week this week!
In numeracy we continued exploring mapping and directions regarding the Bazaar. The kids have had fun programming robot bee’s (Bee-bots) to navigate specific directions based on what the children did at the Bazaar.
In Literacy we investigated poetry through shapes and alternative vocabulary.
In the Inquiry there has been a shift from looking at then and now, comparing the past and the present. We have looked at pictures of life in the past and made connections and inferences based on what we see and what we know! This has also helped us have very rich discussions about the inquiry wall and what needs to go up there next – so keep an eye out!
