In multi age house groups, students will investigate the culture and lifestyle of Ancient Romans and in particular discover how the children of that time played and amused themselves. On Monday, Carlton Fire Brigade came for their second visit to teach the prep children about fire safety. We learnt how to make safe fires and what to do in case of a fire. The firefighters showed us their fire engine and the children were given the opportunity to use the fire hose and have a look

What a fantastic incursion the Grade’s 3/4 experienced today at school! Cameron and Andrew from ‘Green Hat Workshop’ visited our school with boxes full of mini wooden planks. Here, the students had the opportunity to build boats, castles, animals, robots or even a spiraling staircase to the moon either independently or in a small group.
