Students from both neighbourhoods have been investigating 3D shapes and how they can use these shapes by turning them into their own unique design/creation.
They have options of drawing their designs, constructing using building blocks or using the ‘shape shifter’ site in playing with a wide range of 3D shapes.
Both neighbourhoods were also required to create models of three-dimensional objects using paper nets and describe the key features of each shape which included Faces, Edges and Vertices.
