This week, students have had a great time investigating how to flip, slide and turn shapes, patterns, images and construction materials. Students used many different forms of expression to show their understandings of this mathematical concept, one as a rap song:
It’s called original, then you slide it and it is the same,
Then you flip it and it is mirrored,
Then you rotate it to 90 degrees!
