On Wednesday, the Preps watched a video ‘How to make ANZAC Biscuits’.
We discussed all the things that we need to have to make the biscuits – whether it be ingredients or equipment.
The Preps then had the task of drawing an item and labelling it. When sounding out words, it is helpful to stretch out the word slowly, listening for key sounds in the word. They were encouraged to be brave and have a go at writing the letters that correspond with the sound they heard.
The Preps will be making the biscuits next week!
