Morning All, Jen here!
I would just like to let all of the year 2 neighbourhood that I will be away for the first 2 weeks of term 4. My family and I are heading over to England to help my father in law celebrate his 70th birthday. We will be stopping in Paris first and then flying over to Edinburgh and making our way down towards London.
The wonderful Steve Marks will be covering me for most of the time I am away. Steve has some artistic talents that he has kept quiet – he works part time at the National Gallery of Victoria as a a guide and is also president of Art Education Victoria. So obviously, Steve will be our very own ‘artist in residence’ for the two weeks. He will be working on a project with the kids, helping them showcase their own artistic abilities.
I will be sending regular updates to Meredith and Warrick, which I would love them to share with the students. I will also have access to my email, so if there is anything you need, I’m just a click away!
