This term we’ve been quite busy in STEAM! We’ve been considering the narratives of creatures at PHPS like possums and caterpillars. After reading The Very Hungry Caterpillar, we have discussed needs and activities that living beings might carry out and then developed artistic representations of environments that would be conducive to life.
Our goal will be to have Spheros act out the day to day life of a local creature. It has been great to hear students considering things like biodiversity, environmental design and possible risks for the creatures. We hope to present it at an assembly so stay tuned.
