City of Melbourne Ranger Environmental Education Program
Today the Year 2 Neighbourhood participated in an environmental education program run by the City of Melbourne.
As a group we walked to the Australian Native Garden at Royal Park where the students were split into two groups. One group learnt about invertebrates while the other group learnt all about birds. It was a fantastic hands on morning that taught the students more about our natural environment. The program will continue in weeks 2, 3 and 5.
