Prep students regularly practice ‘mindfulness’ after our lunch break. This supports the students to calm their bodies and their minds after running around on the playground and be ready for the learning in the afternoon. We often use guided mindful meditation such as Smiling Minds or Cosmic Kids Yoga. We sometimes use mindful drawing or listening to a book.
