Last week, the preps went home with an envelope containing information and documents for the CAMHS and CASEA program from the Royal Children’s Hospital. The envelopes contain a consent form and a questionnaire which we ask the parents and carers to fill out.
We would like to thank the parents who have already handed these in to us and remind those who have yet to have filled them in to complete this and hand them to a prep teacher by this Wednesday.
