Our neighbourhood cookbook is due back from the printers this Wednesday! We will be spending some time on Thursday and Friday preparing signage for our Bazaar stall, as well as packaging up the orders for everyone who pre-ordered copies. We are hoping to have a trial run of our Bazaar stall set up in the neighbourhood between 3:15 – 3:30pm on Friday, so that parents and carers can drop in and pay for and pick up their pre-ordered copies of the cookbook (or purchase any extras on the day). The cookbooks are $15 each, and we ask for families to bring correct change if possible (as we won’t have a float set up on Friday). Maree also said she could put through larger orders of multiple cookbooks on her Eftpos machine in her office. If you would like a reminder of how many copies you have ordered, please send Meredith an email or check in person before Friday.
If you are a parent or a carer who would like to volunteer at the Year 2 Cookbook stall during the Bazaar, please let Meredith know this week. We have organized for a small stall to be set up near the cake stall, open from 10am – 1pm or so. Students that are interested in volunteering at the stall (in 1/2hr time slots) have also written their names on a sign-up form in the classroom, and a schedule for those students who are interested and available on the day will be worked out on Friday.
