YMCA CAMP ANGLESEA
08:45 – 09:00: Find your bus area and sit with your luggage
Parents hand over any medication to Jared in the Red Carpet Area of the 3/4 Neighbourhood 2 space, all medications must be clearly labeled.
BUS 1 AREA: 3/4 Neighbourhood 1 Performance Space : STAFF: Steve, Yvette, Emily, Jim, Tiril
BUS 2 AREA: 3/4 Neighbourhood 2 Performance Space: STAFF: Laura, Robert, Tracey, Sacha, Nova
BUS 3 AREA: Media Room : STAFF: Simon, Dina, Carlos, Matt
NON CAMPERS: 3/4 Neighbourhood 1 Art Studio : STAFF: Sophie
09:00: Parents leave the neighbourhoods and walk to the bus areas at the front of the school to farewell the group. Parents need to stay against the fence line in order to allow enough room for all luggage to be loaded onto each bus.
09:10 – 09:15: Attendance Rolls and Bus Rolls are marked in your Bus area.
09:15 – 09:20: Final toilet stops before boarding buses
09:20: Walk to the buses with our luggage
09:30: Depart PHPS for Anglesea
