We have been fortunate to have PHPS parent and children’s writer Lorin Clarke to engage the children in an interactive writer’s workshop. The children shared what they already knew and Lorin built on their prior knowledge and discussed with them story structure and the importance of characters and settings. We will continue to build on Lorin’s workshop to develop the children’s knowledge and understanding of story-telling.
