Re-enrolment for 2019!

To all parents/carers/adults,

Re-enrolment will commence on Thursday 15th November to coincide with the prep transition program. The re-enrolment period will close on Friday 7th December. Forms will be made available from the OSHC area (next to the sign out machine) and at the school office.

Families who are currently enrolled in the service will still need to complete a new form for 2019 however do not need to provide immunisation records or CRN numbers for existing students as we have these on file.

Please hand completed enrolment forms to OSHC staff as soon as possible.
