Child Care Subsidy Scheme

New families to the service:

• Please ensure you have completed all 4 steps within the online assessment
• Confirm enrolment for CCSS claim (ensure each child is confirmed) via MyGov

 

Sign in/out

It is a legal requirement that children are signed in to and out of the program by an adult for Before Care and After Care. due to Child Safety Standards, we require that adults only access the sign in/out machine.

 

Late pick ups

We are once again experiencing a number of late pickups with multiple children remaining at the program after 6:00pm

Whilst we are aware that sometimes late pick ups are unavoidable, we ask that families contact the service to notify us if they are going to be late, so it’s not a stressful situation for children.

A Late Fee of $25.00 per 5 mins is charged in order to cover the cost of the required two (2) staff members being paid overtime to remain at the service.
