PHPS STUDENT LED CONFERENCES – Thursday 27th June 2019
Child Care will be provided by the OSHC program and the details are set out below:
Please note: all permanent bookings for after care have been removed for this day, so you must complete a separate booking for the day if you require care. Before care will operate as per usual
12.00 – 6.00pm: $40.00 per child

Pupil Free Days are organised by School Council. We ask parents to book their children in ASAP to enable Council to determine the number of caregivers required to fulfill our legal responsibilities. Registration forms available next to the digital sign in/out at the OSHC area
Children will not be accepted if they have not been booked into the program. If care is no longer required after a booking has been made, it is essential that parents give the program prior notice. If this is not done by 6.00pm Thursday 20th June 2019, payment will be required.
As school is dismissed at 12.00pm children will have lunch (BYO) at OSHC when they arrive.
Accounts
June accounts were emailed on Tuesday 4th June 2019. Payments for June accounts are due no later than 6:00pm Friday 21st June 2019. Please ensure you have paid on time to-
- Avoid a $20 late fee
- To secure ongoing attendance in the Service
- Assist us with ensuring you receive the correct CCSS and
- Finalise our finances for the end of the financial year
