Term 4 Week 6

The 3/4 Neighbourhood have busy finalising their collective inquiry into play, and thinking about what will be shared at the upcoming Expo.

Hannah came and shared how the map of our school was progressing now the drawing has been reduced to fit. We realised there were still some spaces that needed some more drawings and set to work making sure we added this detail.

Hannah has been guiding us with how to look at the areas…

and with placing the drawings on the map to build up the picture of our school. This was so important as it gave us time to reflect. We noticed that some areas had been misplaced originally and needed adjustment! This also gave us the opportunity to really gain a feel for how it will finally look.

Another lunchtime club was started by Frankie and Franek, this time allowing younger students to experience soccer during their playtimes. The students were able to practise their dribbling skills and shooting at the goal. Frankie and Franek have worked hard to consider the different activities and how they would explain then to the younger students.
