Art from a new perspective

This week the 3/4 neighbourhoods engaged with a challenge discovered and shared to us by Kat (3/4B). Kat was able to share some artworks that she has recreated, highlighting out of the box thinking during this strange time of isolation.

After Kat shared this project with her neighbourhood during a Webex, many other students wanted to be involved. Kat’s project developed into provocation and many other students recreated images using everyday items, different perspectives and a lot of creativity!

While creating the images students were able to provide feedback to each other through our digital learning platform. Sharing ideas and building ongoing learning relationships. This peer feedback is a valuable part of our program and has been a big focus for our neighbourhoods we use this feedback we deepen projects, expand ideas and explain our thinking.

The 3/4’s are thrilled to share this project through our blog and we would love to encourage everyone else to have a go, creating your favourite images in your very own way.
