Dear Parents and Carers,
Tomorrow is our excursion to the Arts Centre to see a guided rehearsal of the MSO (Melbourne Symphony Orchestra). There are a few important things that we need to remember for the day.
Please do not bring a lunch order.
Please pack a snack/sandwich that is separate to your lunchbox (in a sealed lightweight container). Students will not be taking their school bags or lunchboxes with them, but each parent/teacher will carry a bag that will have the food for their group.
We will eat our snack before the performance (about 10:15am) and will be returning to school by 12:45pm to eat the rest of our lunch. This snack should keep you full until we return to school.
Some ideas that students had about what they could bring are – a small sandwich, muesli bar, a few pieces of fruit, a drumstick (Banjo’s recommendation), beef jerky, cut up veggies…
