Western Bulldogs VFLW player Elise Muller comes to PHPS to train our AFL Team
Today was a very exciting day for our AFL team. As our final preparation before going to Division tomorrow, Jeff invited his good friend Elise Muller to come to PHPS to train and inspire the team. Elise plays for the Western Bulldogs VFLW team. First she ran a series of drills that trained the physical skills needed to excel at AFL, while emphasising playing as a team, backing each other and reading the game. Then we came inside where Elise gave an inspiring presentation about her AFL journey from primary school to the VFLW.
