Mindful Preps

As part of our daily routine after lunch, we take part in mindfulness experiences. These have included guided meditations, belly breathing, 10 mindful movements, Peace Out Guided relaxation, Cosmic Kids – Zen Den and Tai Chi. These experiences have supported the preps to refocus after lunch, calm their bodies and prepare for their next learning experience.
