Princes Hill Geometry Hunt!

Over the past few days, students from both 3/4 neighborhoods embarked on a journey around the Princes Hill community to explore various geometric shapes that can be found in the built and natural environments. Students collected geometry data as they walked along the footpaths and discussed with friends the geometric properties they found.

” It would take at least 1 year to calculate the amount of shapes on just this route!” Teddy 34R

” It would take 6 mouths just to count all of the shapes on this block!” Vincent 34L

” There are so many cylinders on fences!” Frankie 34R

” I don’t want to collect anymore diamonds! There are just to many to count.”  Zoe 34L
