This week we are delving further into our inquiry and identifying the different parts of systems. We will be exploring the different ways we can classify and categorise parts of systems. We will continue to build on the provocations about Earth, body and Space systems to help us understand that systems have many parts and these parts are connected to each other.
In Literacy, we will be reading and writing information texts to help us when investigating systems. We will look at how subheadings organise information and how to describe the features of different parts of systems.
In Numeracy, children will be exploring the concept of ten of these make one of those by counting and organising large collections of numbers. We will be looking at numbers as tens and ones.
Our wellbeing learning will be exploring different feelings.
