Last week, students used information that they had documented in their diaries as well as photos from our 3 days at Sovereign Hill to create a pictorial diary about their experience of Year 4 Camp. Students chose five photos that told the story of their time at Sovereign Hill and wrote a paragraph of text for each picture. Over the week they brainstormed their ideas and drafted their paragraphs, and then edited and revised their writing before creating their final copy. They also considered the design and layout of their work on a slideshow or document to present their digital diary. Some students shared their work with others in homegroup online meetings.
